The Saturday Club began a tradition of offering cookbooks starting with the 1982 publication of Philadelphia Main Line Classics. It was introduced to coincide with the Dodranscentennial Celebration of The Junior Saturday Club, a former section of the club that is now enveloped within the club as a whole. Our cookbooks have won numerous awards and is a favorite among collectors of community cookbooks nationwide as well as for residents and guests of the Main Line and the greater Philadelphia region.
- Philadelphia Main Line Classics: Over 700 kitchen-tested favorites from members, friends, celebrities, and restaurants are included in our first cookbook, now in its eighth printing with over 75,000 copies sold.
- Main Line Classics II: Over 400 kitchen-tested favorite recipes are included in our second cookbook, winner of the 1997 Tabasco Community Cookbook Award
- Main Line Entertains: The pleasure of your company is requested as we share with you a wonderful assortment of formal and casual menus for parties and events – Main Line style
