We are excited to offer our membership the opportunity to involve their children in service projects throughout the club year. The kick off event, Suds and Smiles, will take place in September and will bring together children of all ages to help serve our local community.
On April 1st, 2017, The Saturday Club will host the second annual Saturday Club Shuffle 5K and Kids Race, beginning at the clubhouse and continuing on a course through Wayne’s beautiful downtown business district and historical residential neighborhoods. All area runners, walkers, families, kids and spectators are welcome.

The Saturday Club Members, along with their little ones, brought party favors, desserts and cards for Wayne Senior Center residents to help celebrate Valentine’s Day. This event is a long-standing tradition for our club and is enjoyed by children and seniors alike.
Saturday Club Members donated over 60 Jared Boxes, filled with age appropriate gifts, toys, and games to chronically ill children staying at Bryn Mawr Hospital. The goal of the Jared Box Project is to lift the spirits of children during their extended hospital stay.
A new partner this year, The Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House supports families of seriously ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope. The Saturday Club will host its second annual Handbag Bingo event on January 26th, sponsored by Malvern’s Posh Collections. This sold out event will support women’s and children’s charities and all proceeds raised will go towards helping these charities in and around the greater Philadelphia area.
