If your organization is interested in applying for our Annual Grant Fund, our original deadline for application submissions has been extended to Wednesday, January 31st!
Applicants can mail in ot physically drop off applications into the designated bin on the steps of our Clubhouse located at 117 W. Wayne Avenue or with our Director of Clubhouse Operations during business hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am – 12pm. We will send an email receipt to the person(s) listed in your application upon collection of your application.
Download, fill out and print The Saturday Club Philanthropy Grant Application. Please be sure to complete it in its entirety. Please include eleven (10) copies of the application form with your submission. The following documents must accompany the application (duplicates are appreciated):
- IRS 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) designation documentation
- Most recent audited financial statements and/or Annual Tax Report
- Current annual operating budget
- Itemized program budget
