On Tuesday, October 16th, the Saturday Club once again hosted a blood drive for the American Red Cross. Saturday Club members volunteered to plan the drive, recruit donors, and run the day of logistics, such as registration and snack table. The drive was a huge success, as 47 viable blood donations were collected.
The Saturday Club has been partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive for more than a decade. Every day, blood donors help patients of all ages; and one blood donation may help save up to three lives. The Club is extremely proud of their work over the years to support the American Red Cross and the life changing work they do and cannot thank our volunteers and donors enough.
