What to Expect
This thoughtfully curated experience blends gentle yoga and guided meditation with the healing resonance of sound. Together, these practices encourage relaxation, grounding and mindfulness – supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
Participants will be guided through:
• Gentle yoga and meditation, suitable for a range of experience levels
• A deeply immersive sound bath, using vibration and tone to promote relaxation and clarity
• Time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself
Following the practice, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a coffee brunch, providing space to socialize, connect, and continue the morning at an easy, unhurried pace.
Meet the Guides
This experience will be led by two skilled practitioners:
- Heather Chivinski, RYT-500 yoga instructor of Prana Wellness Space, will guide the yoga and meditation portion of the morning, creating a supportive and accessible practice focused on breath, movement, and presence.
- Katy Gallagher-Gill will lead the sound bath meditation, using sound and vibration to help calm the nervous system and create a deeply restorative experience.
We hope you’ll join us!
