The Saturday Club Ladies’ Charity Bingo will return on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Berwyn United Methodist Church!
Bingo is back! The Saturday Club will be hosting our 8th annual Ladies’ Charity Bingo on February 8, 2024 at Berwyn United Methodist Church. Doors will open at 5PM to begin table set-up and raffle shopping. Bingo will kickoff at 6:45PM.
Tables of 10 will be available to purchase for $400. One person from your table group must buy the table in whole. No individual chairs will be sold. There are 20 tables available. Non-members may join your table, but a Member must purchase the table.
Registration will open December 15th at 9AM for Members and is limited to the first 20 tables.
There is a Bingo Table Thread in the Members’ Only Facebook Group if you have room at your table or are looking to join a table!
This event is BYOB — all tableware, decorations, food and drink must be brought in and provided by your table group. Begin brainstorming your table themes and costumes! Prize will be awarded for the best table!
Please note that we cannot guarantee access to electric outlets and tables will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
