TSC NexGen • Founding Cohort 2026-2027
Teens Helping Teens
A new leadership & philanthropy program for high school students ready to make a difference in their community — together.
What Is TSC NexGen?
The Saturday Club NexGen Leadership Initiative is a leadership and philanthropy experience for high school students who want to make a difference in their community. Working in small teams, students explore issues affecting teens, develop community impact ideas, present their solutions at a Shark Tank-style Showcase & Selection Night, and work together to support one shared ‘Teens Helping Teens’ initiative each year.
This is our inaugural season — join the very first class of TSC NexGen leaders and help shape what the program becomes.
Who’s It For?
TSC NexGen is open to any high school student in grades 9–12 — no prior leadership, fundraising, or volunteer experience is required. We’re looking for teens who are curious, willing to collaborate, and ready to help make a difference. The cost to participate is $20 per student. If you need financial assistance, please reach out to nexgen@saturdayclub.org.
How It Works
1. Kickoff (Oct 27) — Meet your team and the full cohort, explore real issues facing teens, and learn the NexGen roadmap.
2. Research & Build (Nov–Jan) — In small teams, research an issue, choose a cause, and build your pitch.
3. Showcase (Feb 22) — Pitch your idea Shark Tank–style; the cohort votes to select one shared initiative.
4. Serve & Celebrate (Mar–May) — The whole cohort fundraises, volunteers, and celebrates together on May 17.
