As proud members of the Wayne Business Association, we love participating in the annual Radnor Fall Festival in Downtown Wayne every September and this year was no exception! Our TSCKids Club — comprised of our members’ children and grandchildren — hosted a fun pumpkin decorating station for festival visitors to enjoy while encouraging a donation in support of our friends at the Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown (FLITE).

Community service and charitable giving is at the heart of what we do as an organization at The Saturday Club. We were so happy to participate in a fun community-building activity while raising dollars for a local charity, which so perfectly personifies who we are as a group. We are thrilled to share that TSCKids and our member volunteers collected over $325 during the Fall Festival! These monies will go directly to FLITE to help fund essential programs for Tredyffrin and Easttown students — especially those facing barriers to success — to provide the academic tools, opportunities, and support they need to succeed in school.
Our members’ children in TSCKids Club are encouraged to save their coins, which are rewarded for ‘acts of kindness’ or fundraised through charity lemonade stands/bake sales/etc., until May each year when we gather as a group to count our total collection. During our annual TSCKids’ spring meeting, the children donate their monies to support a designated local charity. Throughout the 2021-2022 Club season, we’ll continue to raise dollars to support FLITE through the TSCKids’ Kindness Coin Jar collections as we teach our children the importance of giving back and helping others.
